Ideas: i believe that young people are essentially useful than elder people for the industry.
Old people: cognitive impairment, old-fashioned
Young people- adapt quickly( quick learner), energetic , higher cognition ability,

Reasons
1. Materialistic behavior- due to that people do more amount of works than the usual.however, in the past individuals used to work at a fixed time then went to home
2 . Electronic gadgets.now a days using mobile phone at night become prevalent.For instance, studies revealed that good number of people are seen online at midnight therefore it can pose a detrimental effect on their sleep.However, because of the absence of mobile phones in the past days, after watching any TV shows with their family members they went to sleep.
Is it okay?
Old people:
Can take strong decision on the project.
By experience they can overcome the tackles.
The companies don't have to allocate the time for training them .
Young people:
They can produce creative ideas by which the companies can be unique in the Market.
They can work productively.
They can't take strong decisions due to lack of experience.
The companies have to allocate the time to trainee them .

Old people are much more experienced than the younger ones. so they can progress the company with their strong n positive approaches while the younger people are creative. Both can play a key role in the progress of a company.
People from older generation are more experienced therefore they know the ways to increase the profit and reputation of the company.However the youngesters are more creative and come with lots of good ideas,so they can also helps in the growth of a company...

As far as a company is concerned that the labourforce is a inevitable aspect for the sustainable growth. On this idea, Some people argue that employees who have been working for ages in organizations are most beneficial ones, while other people opine that youth workforces in companies are efficient employees. However, these two types of employees, who are old and young, contribute in equal manner to their company they work.
On the one hand, there is a lot of benefits for the companies in keeping aged people as it’s workers. One of the vital advantage is that they have expected and sufficient experiences. This leads to improve their companies in various forms such as taking appropriate decisions in hard times and identify obstacles which Burden for the growth of a company.
Another crucial advantage is that they are well- trained staffs. It is due to the fact that company can get effective outputs.
On the other hand, there are some arguments on going around young employees should be included to firms rather than retaining old workforces. The first and foremost argument is that young talented people would work fast and hard. The reason behind this, they have good physical condition to work in any situations compared to aged labours who have even high level experiences. This made companies economically sound, at the same time increase profits too.
Moreover, to recruit new generation to firms changes the companies environments. Since the close relationship with advancing technologies among young generation, positive minds are created between employees which makes easier mutual employees’ workloads.
To be conclude, working is a common feature in everyone’s life which cause huge impact on this world. This is because, Although several debates are being circulated between retaining old workforces and recruiting young workforces, I personally feel that both workforces that they are old generation and new generation play essential roles in developing their organizations. This is what, both forces are valuable assets according their performances they provide to companies.

Nakul wanna put forward a suggestion, if u share 3 or 4 questions similar to this type of eassy, it might help us identifying this type of eassy more easily.
Young employees may be proven effective and efficient because of the energy they have at that age. Especially for those works which are needed to be completed within time for that young generation should be preferred over elderly .
Needless to say, old people come with a great amount of experience whether it's about to be adjustable in new environment or share experiences with new generation .
Old people are useful- 1. more experienced and seen ups and down in corporate life that can help in long run
2. It is unlikely to change job frequently due to age limit which can be beneficial for company
Young employees are efficient- 1. Will need to prove their potentiality so that they may work hard
2. Creativity can be seen toward young bloods

I have no idea any essay topic and don't make sentence so what I do please give a suggestion
Para 2
Old people have more experience hence they can take strong decesion as they are working for long time , while youngster don't have much experience to tackle difficult situations they prone to do mistake. Which make older people more useful for company to save time and things to messed-up.

Physical ability is lower of elder people as compare to youngster . Hence youngster are helpful to raise production rate of company
Company have to pay higher salary to older people as they working for them since long time... In this payments company can higher more youngster on lower payroll.

Veteran knows all the prons and cons so can take the effective decision for the growth of the company while the young employee has less work experience so tends to make some mistakes. In addition,the working efficiency of the old people would be more then the young employee as the are satisfied with the jobs they are doing while the new staffs might not be able to cope up with the new working environment and show less productive result.

What types of company matters
If its related to construction then yes the young employees can show better result as the physical capacity tends to be higher the that of old people. Moreover young people are energetic creative and can generate new ideas which help to further enhance the company. And yes the more experience the more salary and other facilities but the new staffs will work harder to prove them self in less payroll.

Veteran workers are taken as a valuable asset to any Company since they have many experience as compared to their juniors. Because of this, they can tackle any work-related issues that simultaneously arise in the Company. Let's take a Senior HR manager as an example. When organising a huge amount of data in an Enterprise, it is always the Seniors who does this job effectively, rather than the freshers who has relatively less experience in the related field.
Young Employees:
There is no doubt that new comers are constantly developing their skills and being updated to the latest trends and technologies. This can, indeed, help Companies to grow faster because of the contribution of their skillful young employees. For instance, a software engineer can employ the latest features in their upcoming software project so that they can stand out in the competitive market.
