One of my favorite games in 49ers history. I remember watching this at home live while recording it.

I was at this game. Majority 49ers fans. Had to park 2 miles from stadium, didn't get to our seats until end of first quarter. Had perfect view for the two TDs.

John Taylor, 'the Other Receiver'...Jerry Rice may have (deservedly) got all the headlines, but JT was not one to ignore and would make you PAY if you did. A great era of 49er football.

Check out rice running that same 92 yards but blocking the whole way. Best duo ever!

Yep thats amazing to see aint it. Without Rice Taylor probably gets taken down on at least one of them. Great blocks!

Would we ever see Moss doing that on not 1 but 2 plays to help a teammate score

Michael Irvin,in 1993, did his top 10 wide receivers. #1, naturally was Jerry Rice, but #7 was John Taylor. Mike said " Most corners will tell you, you can't bump and run Taylor because he's too strong." John Taylor, didn't get the credit he deserved bcuz his running mate was the G.O.A.T. , but he had everyones respect. John Taylor. BADASS!!!

Wow, I keep coming back to the 96-yarder because Jerry Rice threw his body in front of a chasing corner and safety. If he doesn't do that then Taylor is stopped around the 25 yard line. What a tandem these guys were.

And who threw the final block on Taylor's 96 yarder? Jerry Rice, of course. The two Niner wideouts were fabulous blockers which is why they both had so many yards after catches.

I was there and fighting with all the ram fans. They were talking so much shit.. and calling the niners girls and all the niner queen shit talk.. Roger Craig hit Kevin Greene so hard and knocked the air out of him... and I laughed so hard.. saying did that girl just knock out your tuffest player.. bwaahaahaa.. what a game .. what a comeback.. the rams fans did not like me that night.. lol😊

Leroy Irvin was on the take in this game. The last Taylor TD he didn't even run.

“Well this is a weird game”….That was one of the dumbest comments I’ve ever heard after witnessing one of the greatest individual play by a wide receiver in NFL history. Then Dan Der dork had the nerve to say the 49ers shouldn’t want to play the Rams again. What an idiot he was back then

Danny DearDork was an imbecile for the network, the blue collar representative… he hated the Niners like Chris Collinsworth still does, ( he got beat by Niners in SB) Dan was all “ ohnooo “ when Taylor scored 2nd TD. and both, but was Collinworth complaining why he had to cover their games and so many of them when SF would play AFC teams and those road games brought out who’s ever A team was in the Booth for the networks. DearDork hated em as they dominated the 80s then with Dallas up until 95’ , that’s 81’ - till young retired “ which is about 20 years of being Sundays FOX or CBS ( ABC7 Mondays ) games of the week to cover, like myself and millions other’s who disliked and still, the whining Patriots and poor man’s Montana in Tom BradyBrunch. Scripted league where Brady never took the beating Joe did as the league is infiltrated with refs told to give Brady a heads up and call roughing the passer flags to keep golden egg from harms way, plenty of mics picked up “ Tom Tom left “ right side Tom “ more tape than that . the fakery and magnet gloves now , with special balls play in, play out, all rigged outcomes. I work in the industry, I know.
