  • Gluten-free Chocolate Souffle
    (4 persons)
    - 1 tablespoon butter
    - 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
    - 3 eggs
    - 80 gram gluten-free milk chocolate
    - 80 gram gluten-free dark chocolate
    Brush bottoms and sides of the 4 ramekins with butter and cacao.
    - Place 1 tablespoon butter in a pan.
    - Pour 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour and mix it.
    - Remove it from the heat and stir in chocolate pieces.
    In a separate bowl:
    - Place 3 eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk 5 minutes.
    - Pour chocolate mixture in it. Mix gently and step mixing until it gets homogenous.
    - Divide mixture to 4 ramekins.
    - Preheat the oven to 220 °C (428 °F) and bake for 9-10 minutes. Ready to serve.

    p.s. If you prefer souffle more liquid, you can bake for 8 minutes.
    Garnish with ice cream, powdered sugar or cream.
