      @@AriseVats Step 1: First, sign in to UA-cam Studio.
      Step 2: Then, go to the left menu, select ‘subtitles’.
      Step 3: Now, click on the video you want to edit.
      Step 4: Click on ‘add language’ and select your language.
      Step 5: Below subtitles, click ‘Add’.
      Step 6: Play the video and then enter captions. Please do not forget to add text mentioning other sounds going in the video, like [applause] or [thunder] so viewers can understand what is happening in the video.

    Bhai Mene ye program 6 weeks follow Kiya hai or mene week intensity bhdayi hai
    Koi or jaise jaise reps bda rha hu workouts bohot lambe ho rhe hai 2-3 ghante lag jaate haito koi esa program lao jisme exercises 1-1.5 ghante me ho jaye par intensity poori ho Plz bhaiya 🙏
