Thanks a lot mate, glad your enjoying the content, next vlog is a custom Fiat 500 rally car dash which should be a good watch hopefully. Thanks for you continued support
Top video. Really intresting.on the how its done. I will be incontact about ceramic coating a manifold and hot side of turbo. Plus flocking a dash too. 👍
Quality video. I can imagine the blue tint looks cool . I would have lost the will to live attempting to lay the first layer on my own without snagging 😵💫. A video of the spray gun you use for the spray gel / model size would be appreciated as I can imagine it’s a pain to clean, and the pros and cons of using the other type sold specifically for gel / fibre glass etc . Secondly how best to seal flanges on a mold that’s too big to enclose in a bag ,( I’m doing a roof skin/ rear 1/4’s and rear panel in one )😵💫. Lastly I’ve seen people put the gum tape on the bag first, obviously it all down to the specific part And if it’s viable, probably Less chance of vacuum leaks too. . 👍
Hello, unfortunately that looks completely different as the whole panel would have blue tint. This fabric has a complete tow comprising of the blue fabric so its very clear when you catch it in the light, its just so difficult to catch it on camera. I did a heat shield a long time with the resin pigmented and it kind of just made it look dull/cloudy as although the resin was blue the lack of volume did allow the colour to be strong. Hope this makes sense. Many thanks for watching
too many variables to answer that as it all depends on what spec the customer wants (oem, race ect) Drop me a whatsapp on 07894 636 707 and i can advise further
that was good! in my view was good enough for How to video as well
thank you
These videos are great. I’ve been watching forever. The carbon and dash projects are always top notch and I’d watch a how to video too.

Thank you very much, I shall look at doing a basic tutorial in the near future
wouldn't it have been possible to put a blue tint into the gel coat to achieve a similar result?
