Lucy! I was telling my sister about you and your channel, how much I love your voice and artwork. But most especially how you’ve become my new bedtime art channel. I put you on and the relaxation just happens. You totally Bob Ross me to sleep. 😊 The video finishes, a win for your channel. Then I wake up the next morning and pick up where I last remembered viewing before the zzzzzz’s took over. You’re awesome, sweet, funny, and very good at what you do. Keep doing it.

I am new to adult colouring and I use Castle Arts pencils and they are great, they blend well there is a great choice of colour and they don’t break when sharpened to a fine point. I find colouring very relaxing and I love that other artist give tips and tutorials😊
Lucy, you make any page easy to color. I love watching you work your magic on any page. Such a joy so watch and listen to. 💕
I have only recently discovered rj hampson's coloring books, they are wonderful, so calming and nice, the drawings are beautiful and tell an interesting story, you just want to color them. Thanks for your wonderful inspiration and as always I love how you comment on how you color 😊❤

Aww Lucy RJ is just the sweetest person.. I adore his work too he also sent me a get well book to show on my channel on UA-cam but cause of my kidney issues that I have I haven’t done it but once I’m up to it and recovered more as the chronic pain I have it’s been horrible.. if I didn’t watch your channel and others i would of lost it.. again thank you for always putting a smile on my face.,❤❤❤❤😊😊😊xxxx

Check how it’s plugged in..sometimes when I’m coloring,the table shakes and the light can seem to strobe a little.. I’m sure you will get it sorted out 😊
I think that just as ‘ Castaway Clem’ is about to get rescued the dragon scoops him up and flies away with him to an unknown destination to be disclosed in RJ’s next book . 😮

So glad that your foot is improving! I am absolutely loving this page so far - I'm glad you explained that the marker base was basically to cover the white of the page without straining your hand - I hadn't understood it that way before - it makes me want to give it a try with my CaliArt set now!

I am very detail oriented too, and I notice every little tiny detail, but I don't like saying anything to people because I don't want them to feel like I am nit picking or think that I am criticizing their work!

hello miss. Lucy, my hands hurt last week after i colored too. So it could be the change of weather. i'd love to get free markers, but tombows are rude.
I really like RJ Hampsons images but i just can't get on with the amazon paper. I would definitely pay more for a better quality print.
I totally agree. It stops me from purchasing even though the pictures are delightful .

HI Lucy. Another great video. following along with you. how do you stop the alchohol marker leaking through? ive got 6 sheets of printer paper, was looking at acetate sheets but wasnt sure which ones to get so sticking with this for the time being. This is my first colour along so using slightly different colours, is that ok?? Anyway hope you are okay?
If it helps, I use a clear plastic cover sheet. I get them from my local print shop for a dollar or so, they are used to cover spiral bound reports. Great for markers, watercolor, or pencils.. waterproof, cleanable and reusable. I have mine trimmed to fit my various books but that is optional. I've seen some use the page protectors you put into binders.
I bought one of R.J. book, but never bought another because of the poor quality of the paper. I'd pay more for better quality paper.
I agree that the paper is off putting. But there are some artists that I love their work so much that I will suffer through the low quality paper lol! RJ is one of those artists! But I would love if there was an option to get his books on higher quality paper and I would be more than happy to pay extra for it! I have a book called Cozy Spaces by Reyda Prints and the paper isn't very good but I love the images so I couldn't help myself lol! There's 2 other Reyda Prints books and I want to get them as well. I love the Nice Little Town books, but the paper is absolutely awful! I got one of the Nice Little Town Christmas coloring books and it's the only book I've ever sent back because the paper was so bad. It hurt my heart to send it back but I just couldn't bring myself to fight with that paper!
