How do you turn down the volume on this model?

1. This Linear intercom is model AE-500 but the title of the video says RE-500.
2. Linear has stopped manufacturing the AE-500. Linear is releasing a new model with more features at a higher price in July, 2018 if you believe any manufacturer's promise of the date they will be releasing a new product.

Does each and every ae-500 come when the key-fob transmitter function you mentioned? What is it specifically called? I'm looking at the manual and can't find any mention of it.

The Linear intercom for my building is frozen on the word "CALLING..." manager can't fix it, Any thoughts you can share??
