Yes you can, it's just an app that you can use login credentials & it's depend on internet not on mobile/sim.

I was unable to use UVO app since 7th November 2019. None of the vehicle parameters are getting updated nor can i lock or unlock my car. I have sent e-mail to UVO@kiamotorsindia.in with screenshots. There is no response from them. They have not even acknowledged my email. I called the call center and then they said they have received my e-mail. They say it is a server issue. Even right now, issue is not resolved.
Also even when the app was working, it does not update the fuel Levels in the car when i click the refresh button on my phone. Also we cannot remotely start the car if we have a manual transmission. So lets see how kia responds to my complaint.

Brother, still no response from KIA. 7th November 2019 to 17th November 2019, UVO app not working. Call center says server issue. now I will take car for 1st service as it has completed 1000 km, will try to get something done there. Have all other people have similar experience ????
Yes in my case manual htx plus ! Fuel parameters are not getting updated . Do post a solution
