Love the conversion, skin cloak looks amazing.
Nice work, but the colours are far too light for Night Lords. They are famously describes as being "in midnight clad", not in azure clad

The only addition I'd recommend is freehanding lightning bolts on the open panels on the armor.
I'd love to see you convert nurgle marines WITHOUT using the death guard kits
idk but he did a Vermin Lord death guard marine right now haha
Just paint the mk3 marines in they're colors
Add some blightking bits
chained the bodies on is realistic, they would also staple bits of flesh to their armor. anyways great job on this crazy guy
I'd definitely like to see how you'd convert up some Red Corsairs, Ashen Claws and Black Dragons, or Soul Drinkers. Or kitbash up a Necromunda themed chapter.

Love this! I've had a bunch of chaos marines given to me and after a few months of debate on red coursairs vs Knight Lords decided these guys and I'm so happy to see this video for inspiration
That turned out amazing.... especially love how seamless the cloak turned out!
Noise Marines also make good for conversion material. A lot of people forget about the speakers Night Lords use of recorded tortures. Night Lords Champion and Aspiring Champion backpacks are great additions. And they go really well on Bikers since they don't need to worry about stealth and can quickly broadcast over longer distances.

Good video, it gave me some ideas for making my own Necron flayed ones. Once I finish these Drukhari and the White Scars stormtalon I’ll get on them.
I would love to see your take on the Black Dragons. Getting their bone-blades to work without looking too "tacked on" or finding the right arms is a difficulty when conceptualising them as models.

I absolutely love Night Lords. Standing in midnight clad, some skin made drip and avenged sevenfold logo on their shoulder, such nice aesthetic.

Nice. Especially liked the parts about adding chains and corpse trophies. Instead of reiver helmets I'd suggest just using the fw terror squad heads for Night Lords.

This is a really great conversion but it's quite pricey. It'd be nice to see it done with the shields that the Mortek Guard have.

Akmal Nabil Oh that’s a good idea! I was honestly just thinking of bashing the arms of the catachan jungle fighters and a majority of the chaos marauder kits to give a feral, sort of barbaric appearance.

An ordinary Catachan is fearsome, but one infused with Chaos, now that's grimdark. Oh and what do you think of evil Praetorian Guards? I know it would look stupid (especially with my noob skills in kit bashing) but I just find the thought of Khorne worshiping Imperialistic Brits to be too awesome to pass up.

You should do a how to convert Alpha Marines where you just build a regular space marine and paint it as an ultramarine
