Many times, on my tablet (tab), I tried to get the 'user ID ' but could not. I approached the servicing bank and I was told to do it either on a laptop or on a desktop for the first time as doing it on a tablet or mobile does not work for the first time. And once it is successfully done thereafter login could be on any device, they said. I again tried many times on desktop but the bank's system did not respond properly. Thereafter I approached the base bank again where they set the 'user ID' which was sent on my registered mobile as text(sms). Using that I set my 'sign on' and 'transaction' passwords at home.
