They do have a group Debut Trailer which has shots from each of the individual MV's with the Ponzona instrumental in the background which was a sneak peak before the debut. The Swan/Goeun vocals for Ponzona in that debut trailer are different to the debut track which is interesting. Also should check out 'My Heart Skip A Beat', which a rock/metal-ish predebut track!

Listening to the intro first and then the title makes a lot of sense when listening to the entire album at once. Each album has a song that becomes a video performance later. So far we have: Into violet - Skip Skip Hide and seek - Cast pearls before swine Memem - Pretty psycho Geekyland - Love is Dead Cabin Fever - Agit Swan debuted as a soloist last year with 'Twenty and Be my everything' and Yuki debuted on El7zup with Cheeky (temporary group derived from queendom puzzle, the group's debut album is very good).
Oh yeah, that's why I fell in love with them since their pre-debut trailers. They're so creative. Whatever song you choose will be awesome. For me, every song was a masterpiece.
If you like the theatrical quality of the intros you may enjoy some of the story videos they started doing with memeM era. Gives storyline for the album and the characters that they are during the title track. The production of them is really good as well. A little quirky and a little creepy.

I love Purple Kiss, they're SO powerful and amazing. I love them all so much. I literally could not bias one of them for so long. I finally landed on Chaein and JiEun (WE MISS YOU), and LITERALLY EVERYONE ELSE Are wreckers because obvious reasons. You 1000% should stan PK. They're fucking incredible and like so underappreciated..
They're incredible in every way, the only thing that made me sad sometimes is how some members are a little underutilised compared to others. The intros mostly include vocals by only 1-4 members, which makes sense because they're short, but yeah even in some other songs it's very much "the 3 main vocalists and Yuki" and then Ireh, Dosie and Jieun get a couple lines each. It actually got a bit better on Cabin Fever (the first album after Jieun left) but that's still kinda sad that one member had to leave for the two other underutilised ones to get more lines. Well Dosie and Ireh are the main dancers so they are still in the foreground in that sense, so maybe "underutilised" isn't the best term, but I'd love to hear them sing more as well. Every single member in this group is just so talented overall and I can't deny that as a whole they're definitely using the strengths of the members to make an incredible group. They're one of my ults for a good reason and everyone has probably told you by now that they have so many incredible b-sides as well, including ones with performance videos or self-made MVs. Their debut album was a masterpiece imo, and they haven't released a bad album or bad song since. l even quite liked "FIND YOU", their song they released as a collaboration with... a doll? 😅

The song on that one was Ponzona. I don't think that even they knew at that time, it would be their debut song. And purky is just short for Purple Kiss. They debuted during the pandemic and it was a long time before they got to meet their fans. They have become really strong stage performers.

Dosie's debut trailer is definitely the weakest imo (partly because it doesn't show off her talents at all). BUT her quote at the end is my absolute favorite of the members. All the others have some idealic or inspiring phrase. Then Dosie comes in at the end like "Yea, I'm that bitch. MY EXISTENCE is a revolution. You're welcome💅" Its appropriate too because she went viral on twitter and instagram right off the bat after their debut stage. Absolute queen of stage presence and charisma (also has a lot of duality, she's super sweet and soft-spoken off-stage
I had a high expectations with them before debut. Sadly that group after debut miss with my taste few times, i thought they might be cool like dreamcather/(G)i-dle or Pixy with mature darker crush vibes(Ireh predebut was that STYLE, they should do it!).....but two songs i actually love from them are typcial kpop summer bops! PLus pre-release song ....funny thing i REALLY didn't like Dosie "pre-debut" - now she is my Bias in that group....
I posted the name pronunciations in one of your earlier posts (Ponzona et at) just pick anything of theirs even day-in-the-life vids or other peoples` reaction videos and you will always find something to love. A word of advice. Don't try to find a bias because sooner or later you will start bouncing from One to the other. They are all that good and all that fun to watch, clever, talented, beautiful, great actresses/performers and of course first class dancers and singers. coreographers, producers, and on and on. Oh, one other little thing that many fail to mention, Their Videographer and editing team is First Class. I don't know how many people pay attention to that aspect but they seem to have a great team behind them too. So hat's off to them. Another thing to not waste your time on is trying to Second guess what will be the vibe of their next performance. They are all so hyper-taleted and WAYYYYY more creative and artistic than the typical K-Pop fare. I discovered a Bossa Nova cover that they did recently, A great rendition of Doja Cat's Vegas (if you want to get a sense of Chaein's rap chops), A super dance track on the BBB album called Bittersweet. It would not surprise me in the least to hear them do a Country track or a Hardcore Metal or a 30's Jazz number. You absolutely never know what you're going to get but one thing is for sure, it will be good. Man I could go on and on. Welcome to the Purple side RJKpop. It is probably a combination of their production team and the girls themselves. From a performance standpoint they will ALWAYS be fully invested into the song and theme.
