If your from America , you know OJ was bound to lose from when his name hit the screen 💀😭
Landlords are not allowed to kick tenants without a legitimate reason (and this would not be a standard landlord relationship, but live-in landlord/roommate which has a shorter period notice). Definitely stealing from your landlord would be one of those reasons and she could argue that giving him notice would pose a risk to her property / herself.
But there was no lease agreement nor contract. If there was, he could've gone to an actual courtroom he was a roommate, and you can kick them out it's her property
