- This is my full review of the Carnival Radiance on a 4-Day trip to Catalina Island, Ensenada Mexico, and Back! I outline some of the great sites, some of the Do's and Don'ts of the trip! Definitely a helpful video to watch before you ever set foot on the ship!
Do's:
Bring a birth Certificate / Passport and ID!
Get the drink Package and save yourself some money if you drink!
Book Tours to the local hotspots if you haven't been to that destination.
Download the Carnival App!
Get your Muster done as soon as you board!
Don'ts
Don't forget warm clothes!
Don't forget to budget for the Casino if you Gamble!
Don't forget to have sooooo much FUN!!

How rough was the water ? Do you think I’ll need Dramamine? It’s will be my first cruise since 1990 so I can’t remember
I would bring it just in case. The water was super calm but at times you can feel the boat moving if your are sitting down like at dinner. Bring it.
what days were you on the Radiance? We may have been on the same cruise
