I was going to make similar comment as I did the Enchanted video. It actually looks more like the audio/video don't match up because of different fps counts. I.E. The video is 24p and the audio is sampled at 30p (or some combination of drop and non-drop frame rates.) The result is that the shots seem to stay in sync briefly and then go out, usually behind. You might be able to get the audio to sync by retiming the audio in Adobe Audition or similar program to match the frame rate of the video.
