That's good, direct tourist from Delhi will go to Kashmir and there will be no business left for people of Jammu, especially Taxi drivers and shopkeepers will be killing flies.
There is need for special development of tourist spots in Jammu region also like Tawi riverfront, Saruinsar, Mansar and Atari Border like prade at Suchetgarh check post.
