I would recommend to put a third differential in the middle when you want to motorise it.

you can rechange bionicle parts to T bim 3х3 . And you can use 6 pin linked. its universal chassis! you can see on 0:15 6 linked, and on 0:20 9 linked

in any lego sets , but you can use short rods 6L. Its only you choise . If you want install a big wheel , you can use a long. in another situation, you can use short
