Uganda will look amazing, if we just clean up😊. The people have to be encouraged to live a clean life, in schools, and adverts on TV, promoting clean living. A clean and organised environment is good for mental health. Africa also needs loads of public parks to beautify urban spaces in the cities. Kigali is beautiful 😊. Cotonou a city in Benin 🇧🇯 is also very clean

My first impression landing in rwanda was: why can't we learn from them!..countries such as Nigeria may achieve a lot simply by " copy and paste" whats done in rwanda and apply it in one state at a time.

The problem with Kampala we just don’t have pride of country, no laws in the land, the roads are absolutely destroyed, filthy full of potholes and Nobody seems to care!! Sad!

As a tourist I found people much nicer in Kampala than Kigali. Although Kigali is much cleaner , roads are in excellent shape but it's much more quieter as well.

What are you insinuating, huh? The people in Kigali are cool, but they do tend to be reserved and might not be the slickest English speakers. Maybe that's why you struggled to connect, but trust me, they're absolute gems!

you know what your talking about some Rwandese in Uganda are natives of Uganda not the one that came to Uganda after the genocide. like people in south western Uganda places like ntugamo ,nakivale and etc all those places were cut inside Uganda so basically it was a Rwanda back in the day but was cut inside Uganda. that's happened to Uganda with Kenya some Ugandas were cut inside Kenya. same thing happen in Eastern Congo places like Kivu etc so some Rwandese Ugandan is there mother land they will never go any where. The big problem is Most of Ugandans when they hear a person called Rwandese by tribe they will will think automatically they came from Rwanda or came in the time of the genocide.

This was Amin 's brainchild which he once introduced in Kla in 70`s baptised it "Keep Kla Clear Operation" - a voluntary turned compulisary public cleaning Scheme on every last saturday of the month, a gd move nonetheless! We will get there one day when Mzee decides to be serious about pothole free roads, a new well planned capital city, boda boda restrictions and kamunye taxi banning from the city centre. We are doing well, a new International Airport without a control tower is our best offering at the moment.
