Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Brimstone, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was like, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. The best mods like Q4 Isaac dance and banger songs like Innocence Glitched and Machine in the walls (my personal favorite) BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, I remember How to unlock the Lost, and it sucks because its RNG. Fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. Someone should make a mod out of the concept of the "Become the,,,," item, rerolling (or spinning down in this instance) when taking an item or a pickup sounds incredibly fun
I think it might actually not be from Become the,,, it is probably the bomb stuff, the Dark World description mentioned characters would get new mechanics.

I'm pretty sure it can be categorized as one of the best ones alongside of Terraria and Minecraft (And the other ones that i can't remember right now)

@@H1r0x Hmm, nah, unfortunately they don't reach the quantity of modding terraria or minecraft have, (nor passion), at most, skyrim even if most mods are reskins or nude mods lmao, however! They too are part of the biggest modding communities
@@ZaChemas you might be too young and biased then. In terraria there's like 5 or 6 quality mods. In skyrim one mod everymonth is top tier.

Can't really say anything about mod. But man... this tmtrainer item is one of best I've ever seen. Gigabombs, red rooms and spindown on pickup(i believe you could have dropped card, and roll forever by picking)

This mod sure makes me think of how little to no mods there are that are just straight up difficulty increases

@@RakastanPorkkanakakkuafiend folio is the equivalent to how the calamity mod works for terraria, it adds a shit ton of content while being significantly harder than vanilla but it's not focused directly on difficulty, this dark world mod for Isaac would be like the infernum mode for the calamity mod (yes, a mod for a mod) that simply makes every boss fight and other things WAY harder just because why not although in fun and interesting way with new AIs and outstanding vfx for the moves

honestly one of the coolest isaac runs i've seen in a long time
Using ALL the Justice?/Judgement? cards in the first room (instead of using these in the secret room), and then being excited over using mistery gift in the secret room is definetely a Mattman moment

Great video as always matt! 2 things I would've liked to have seen are the blue baby kill (just to see what the unlock was), and you picking up a card/pill in a room with an item (since in theory that would have also spun down the item so you could quickly spindown anything infinite times with 2 cards for example).

usually singular TMTrainer items don't do much, but that one in specific was going crazy

Quick tip: Enabling the "--luadebug" (2 hyphens) launch option in Steam and using EID's part of the mod "Mod Config Menu Pure" will let you see the effects of CORRUPTED DATA/TMTRAINER items.

Have you ever conisdered throwing on the "Even More Shopkeepers" mod? It doesn't change gameplay at all, it just adds more shopkeeper skins
The TMTrainer item was spindowning items (or a chance to use D6 or Spindown Dice)

I feel like with that TMTrainer item you could have purposedly dropped your held card or trinket, and it would activate the spindown dice effect, not just with coins, keys, bombs and heart.

This item seems to have three effects btw:
-Enemies have a chance to spawn Giga Rockets on death
-Picking up things will spindown Items in the room
-Crystal Key with increased frequency

if you want another challenge mod you should try eternal edition mod, it makes enemies have eternal versions like they do in flash isaac
