A kpz 70 with cali could actually pen the upper plate of the type 71 with gold. However like you said, if you wiggle the tank a little it becomes a tricky pen xd. I do think that type 71 is a well balanced tank currently and next update it’s gonna be a beast xd. Great showcase as always.
I personally run improve vertical stabilizer, because heavies often suppprt medium and need to encounter different terrain, most of the medium side need gun depression to hold longer.
Really good hulldown tank when it comes to playstyle. Also, we need an E5 and BZ-75 (using both guns) comparison since WG aren't changing those 2 tanks
I kinda wish blitz was more like WOT and allow 2 builds for tanks we could switch between depending on map with equipment options for each crew member 🤔
I have about 30 games on the tank and 80% mastery and i dropped a 5.9k dmg game, and im blocking about 2.5k-3k dmg each game, my most damage blocked so far is 4.8k, safe to say i enjoy the tank
Type 71 is good but the very weakness is loss range spots enemy, low changing mobility and encounter aggressive player. I would like the t110e5 for the beginners because heavy defensive and high tactics its very useful every against in tournament. 😊
As a certified type 71 conisseur, I kind of wish post cali buff, it would get more mobility since I've noticed that the ufp is getting penned even with the most wiggling possible, but the alpha buff is definitely nice and I'll take it
False it’s already strong. A slight reload nerf is nothing to cry over. It’s gold ammo is going to almost hit the same as the standard plus it’s getting pen increase for standard and gold. You have not the slightest idea in the world thinking a small reload nerf will make the type no longer strong. Type is going to be better next update not worse. How can it be worse with one nerf but multiple buffs? If you say dpm nerf you’re the most retarded person on the blitz server easily
I remember the type 71 was my first tier 10 i got after a 3 year hiatus and a reroll. It's such a banger tank to play even after the mobility nerf.
yeah the mobility it had when it first came out was broken, its now in a good state
Type 71 is my personal favorite heavy, but since WG won't nerf busted tanks I want to see Type 5 in Blitz 😈

Funny enough, I got the highest damage and a Kolobanov in this tank, while only having *85% crew* . Type 71 is GOATED
