Romford is in the London Borough of Havering which is not in Essex.

Hi buddy, Not sure where your info is coming from but the borough does not dictate the county, I have lived all over East London but my address has always included Essex.
The closet to London I lived was Stratford and even then I had Essex in my address. May need to check you facts on that one my friend.

Romford, Havering and Essex are the areas we serve.
But to confirm Essex goes right down to Stratford

Wrong. Being in a London Borough very much does dictate the county. All London Boroughs are in the county of Greater London which is in the Region Of London, whereas Essex is a county in the East Of England Region, they don't overlap.
No correctly formatted address in east London contains Essex.
Nope. I know the facts, it's you who needs to do some research.

Well, you've confirmed nothing. It's undeniable fact that Romford and the London Borough it's in, Havering, are not in Essex, no London Borough is. Do some research!
