How do you tell or know for sure if the window has a tent or film on it? And if it is noticeable, are all tents/films on the outside or inside - or both? If the answer is not both, how do you tell which side?
All factory coatings are between the panes of glass where they argon or neutral gas seal is. On rare occurrences, after coatings for tint or coloring will be added to either the inside or outside. The builder will let you know, but reading the stickers on new glass will tell you.
