I keep my palettes on a small bookshelf, turned up on their edges like books, and the effect is really nice! Love this look!

Every time I hear a creator say that people seriously ask them for their old makeup when they do a declutter, it absolutely blows my mind. I hope it’s like a 13 year old that doesn’t know how crazy and inappropriate that truly is. But I have a feeling it’s grown adults that think a sob story is going to get them free used makeup. That really is so insane that people have the balls to ask for that

I just ordered the Druid palette after wanting it since it was first shown. I think it will be great for fall and into winter

I recently tried the OneSize Fantasize mascara along with the Bite Beauty Upswing mascara. I like them both but I think the Bite Beauty one is winning so far.
I love designing storage and putting together furniture. During the early days of the 2020 I redid all my storage. Also, I've been hoping to seeing more reviews of this brand. I'm fantasy game nerd. 🤓

I am super excited about this brand, but they haven't quite released a palette I wanted enough to get. Maybe the warlock palette will have blurples, indigos and blues - that will certainly do it.
I am really interested in both of these palettes. I didn't get Druid yet because I had just tried some other indie brands with 9 pan special palettes lol and like you said, "I only have 2 eyeballs"
The Sorceror palette is absolutely a beautiful color story for me!
Literally same, I have to have this new one. It’s inspiring to me. The matte shades were picked so smartly I can see so many different looks with just this 9 pan.

Hi, so again, an amazing and beautiful job with your eyes. That palette is unreal. I've been getting a little more comfortable with using shimmers. I do need to look into that glue or whatever that you use sometimes for the shimmers. I agree with Julia S
about the bookshelf. Just for a thought, look at one of your most favorite palette and see if anything comes to mind in how you want to set up your room. Also, if you have any collectables, you could also put that in the background and forget about that sheet thing. I think it's nicer when you see some personal stuff in a background cause in someway you can get a feel for the uploader. Anyways, like I said, just a thought. As far as this new palette, jeese, I can't spend anymore. How much is it anyway? Do you know?
I also wanted to ask about your nails. Like today. That color you're wearing is beautiful. I've bought sooo many cool polishes from Amazon. I do have a polish fetish, LOL :) Well, not really, but I do love polishes, and sometimes I can't help myself when I see a polish calling to me♥ Do you have someone do your nails, or do you do them? It'd be cool if every once in a while you talked about your nails.

The druid theme was appealing to me, but the truth of the color story didnt really do it for me. This color story definitely speaks to me more.
This look is stunning. It's good to know that the matt formular is good alongside the it's bel/sugar drizzle/sas/unearthly etc... Shimmers. Love the theming and colour stories of these but won't be getting them. I have giant wolves though and love it. Be interesting to see these palettes used together.
Hope the beauty room transformation goes well, the IKEA stuff is usually OK to put up on your own but it's way less fun. Makeupmissa has book shelves behind her and it really works well. It isn't distracting and it's good to see some of the person in the background if that makes sense?!
I love Missa's set up! Idk if you remember when Annette used to have like little shelves on the wall behind her with (iirc) butterflies & plants etc? I liked that because it shows personality, like you said.

I have Druid and I love it, it’s such a vibe! But I’m not sure about the color story in Sorceress, it reminds me of Do Not Disturb from BH? Am I way off?
The whole Beauty room thing sounds like a really cool project! Perhaps if you had an extra camera laying around you could just stick it in the corner and just turn it on when you're working on it. The whole time lapse thing or what have you.. I know I for one love seeing, (especially from the people I enjoy watching the most) do a transformation or an upgrade on their spaces. Who knows perhaps you'll inspire somebody that keeps procrastinating to do it themselves ... (Absolutely NOT talking about me 😁 no not at all LOL🤣🤣🤣 ) or maybe a before and after type thing 😊 😉

Extremely beautiful looks so it makes it so hard and disappointing for me because our dollar sucks right now and the palettes with shipping are extremely expensive close to a 100,00 just for 1 palette and I can’t justify a hundred bucks for 9 pans , and it makes me so sad because they’re so freaking beautiful!

I hate dry mascara formulas. it seems everyone else likes there's dried out a bit, not I. I really struggle to get every lash with a dry formula. I have blonde lash so I have to get the entire lash too which is impossible with a dry mascara.
Do you think it looks like surge1?from unearthly I think ?

I hate those sequin-matte shadows. My friends don't care for them either. I wish companies would quit making them.
I feel like they are a good IDEA but the sparkle just never sticks. It makes so much more sense to just have a library of toppers to layer over mattes to create the intended effect.
I just went to buy the older of the two palettes and there wasn't a place for a code. Too bad. It's really pretty.
There absolutely is if you hit “check out” if you use one of the faster buttons though I am not sure it will pop up. Hit check out and then you have to hit the little drop down menu that shows the item and theres a spot for a code.
So random, but I wish you did more fashion videos.

There's always people who ask for the makeup, judge you for having too much, or judge you for not getting rid of enough! I also feel like some people who have yt channels feel "pressured" to declutter because those vids can do quite well... But getting rid of a bunch of makeup just isn't for everyone, especially not all the time! I'm definitely interested in this brand, do you happen to know if they're handmade? Not that it matters, but I'm just curious. 🤗💜

I highly doubt they are handmade. The shimmers look the same as It’sBel/Sugar Drizzle and other brands like Adept. I’ve seen lots of people saying (I forget the correct terms) but they get their shadows from like the same place? Same factory? I forget how it works 100% but I’ve seen a lot of ADEPT vs other palettes and they’ve all been very similar formulas if not the same. I’m sure you can find more info on this. I would bet these shadows are from the same place. Although, that does not take away how masterful these color stories are. I’d bet not handmade though.
@@macymiller3417 oh yeah for sure, they definitely look like the brands mentioned that's why I ask! I know some brands buy the pigment from the same manufacturer/supplier & then handmake the shades with their own formula. I really don't have a preference one way or the other tbh. 🤗

@@macymiller3417 definitely brands like itsbel, sugar drizzle, etc buy the palettes with the manufactured shades. The manufacturer has a list of shades & finishes you can pick from & then you can customize the packaging. Once you become "big" enough or have the funds, you can then customize the formula if you so choose. Indies who hand make their shades have the ability to customize on their own by mixing different pigments. I only know this stuff because I'm a cosmetic hobbyist & started making stuff on my own for fun back in 2020. A lot of time was spent on research as far as manufacturing & pigment suppliers. There was some minor controversy surrounding adept last year concerning their formula after they came out with the original plain Jane. Supposedly by some accounts, adept uses their own manufacturing plant & their formulas are unique to them. That wouldn't surprise me tbh.

Why not do your normal reviews and then maybe a 3, 5 or 10 look at the end of the month or beginning of the following month with your favorite palette you reviewed that month
I prefer seeing UA-camrs with stuff in the background. I feel like it gives you a feel for the person. Also take the pressure off a declutter video by saying upfront don’t ask me for any of my makeup because it makes me feel uncomfortable. I feel like battybean does a good job explaining this on her declutter videos.
You are so talented. These shimmers look stunning but some of the bold mattes are a bit intimidating to me. I wish they’d do an all shimmer palette.
Maybe hire someone to put together the stuff you bought. Then it won't seem like such a huge, daunting task.
