    What about considering the patient's insurance so they know what they are responsible for ? What do ypu look for for eligibility ? thx
    I dont have experience in this field nor do I have education for this. What/where. an I read on to prep for this type of job ?

      Insurance is always considered when looking at discharge destinations. Thankfully the case manager in the hospital will typically help sort through any issues!

    It’s the hospital goal to push people out as fast as possible. It’s usually premature and results in an unsafe discharge and high rate of rapid re-hospitalizations.
