love what you said about not necessarily cutting off someone because they have one toxic trait. we all have some toxicity within us and cant be at a 100% every day. were all going to have off moments and its important to extend forgiveness and grace to both ourselves and others when these moments happen. we dont talk about forgiveness enough as a society in general, when tgats one of the most healing traits to be able to cultivate. but when its a consistent habit that doesnt seem to stop and theres no self awareness then i agree that cutting off is the best option. thanks for the video 💜

Omg Miranda I loved watching this video and I cannot agree with you more about noticing our own toxic traits. I do not see a lot of content creators talking about this and I felt so bad on my healing journey knowing that I had these traits even though they’re a part of healing and becoming more whole.
