1 was better in more categories imo, but also both severely underpowered certain characters. For example, in 2, in G-Toilet's one on one battle, with TCM, it would've been an easy G-Toilet victory, but soon after TTVM was weakened (the RSOD didn't deactivate G-Toilet's laser eyes) So a lot of inaccuracies in both but I think 1 looks better.
