Hi! Walk-ins are allowed but only if there's a no-show. I think as of now they're always fully-booked so best to reserve just in case. My wife and I shared the Beef Wellington but we had other dishes to share. If you're not going to order anything else, the Beef Wellington won't be enough for two.

Sure beats a cook that uses gloves but touches dirty and potentially contaminated areas and don't change gloves.
Actually, it’s been proven that it’s better to use bare clean hands than using gloves when in the kitchen and/or preparing food. They are professionals, of course they know how to handle food.

IMO the beef wellington is good but doesn't come close to a Wagyu steak in terms of the " melt-in-your-mouth " experience and taste. Wagyu doesn't even need any sauce...just salt and pepper.

@@JayzarRecinto Yes I've tried his signature dish and it is good but as a personal preference I still prefer Wagyu. I like my steaks to taste good even without any sauce much like Cebu's lechon that doesn't require any sauces as well. I like to taste the food itself and not the sauce.

All that hype for the Welli and the taste is underwhelming!!! Di mo kami maloloko. It's kind of placebo effect na lang dahil nagbayad nang mahal required enjoyin. Nagustohan ko lang sa mga order namin Crab cake at Toffee pudding na nothing special din na I havent tasted before. 😂

That's a fine dining establishment- don't forget your table manners! Those empty plates in front of you are there for a reason. When sharing appetizers & mains, take a portion & eat it from your plate. Don't eat directly from the bowl that you are sharing! Cut the burger in half & divide among yourselves. Also the wifey needs to put the phone down- it's very rude to not even look at the waiter when he's explaining the dish.
Not a big deal for us to share a dish. We have our orders and tumitikim lang yung isa. As for the phone, we're creating content and the waiter knows that. That's why she's on her phone dahil she's taking and checking videos. I thought that was obvious. The waiter is talking mainly to me.

I enjoy your videos & learn a lot from them! You're doing a great service for Filipinos everywhere. Again, culturally it just sticks out when I see this way of eating in a high-end resto. In the West, it's frowned upon etiquette-wise. Also, I used to wait tables as a teenager & one of my pet peeves was people not acknowledging me when I was speaking. Mrs. Recinto can take video & still look up at the waiter. Again, different cultures, different etiquette. Just keep in mind you have fans everywhere in the world & you'll hear criticism when they see something wrong/different in their eyes. Take from it what you will.✌
Actually for a fine dining resto, yung Beef Wellington lang ang magugulat ka sa presyo. The rest eh what you'd expect to pay for a place like this. Pero mahirap naman talaga gawin ang Beef Wellington.

Actually for a fine dining resto, yung Beef Wellington lang ang magugulat ka sa presyo. The rest eh what you'd expect to pay for a place like this. Pero mahirap naman talaga gawin ang Beef Wellington.

I asked my other friends, hype lang daw. Hindi ganun masarap. Okay na ung natikman pero hindi na uulit. Ganyan naman ibang mga restos eh. Kapag dinala na dito sa pinas, papatungan ng sobrang laki presyo tapos iibahin pa quality.
I enjoyed it but then again I'm a fan so may konti bias. Uulit ba ako? Yes, to try other dishes. But most likely kapag may special occasion na. Hehe
