Only to be awaken in the hospital a week later. in that whole week the novelist going berserk at the thought of losing the mafia, that he actually cleansing and set the whole family of mafia out, and hire a demon slayer to hunt the demon that try to took him.

You could say since the mafia are somehow asweet and energetic person (and sometime pure...very pure)....the novelist always making sure the mafia are always within his sight and side.
