The opening sequence of the show STILL creeps me out (especially the boat), and I'll be 40 next month!
That was some delicious nostalgia. Another episode that gives you chills is the dead boy saying "I'm cold" cuz he's missing his jacket in the woods along with the kid that drowned in the dam retrieving his red bike. Another one that got me to look over my shoulder and unsettle me a little too much was the little imp that appeared on each picture of that haunted camera. This was one of my favourite shows of the 90's. This nostalgia bomb was delicious, thank-you. ❤

In the Tale of Laughing in the Dark, ive always wondered how the hell he bought a box of cigars considering hes young haha. One of my favorite episodes in the series along with The Crimson Clown 🤡

Not entirely, it was on the later evening for older kids (teens and tweens) and not very small kids. Ren and Stimpy was one of nickelodeon first animated shows and it was on in the early/mid day time back then. What's really impressive is how much you could get away with showing back then compared to how tight it is now a days. (Like tight enough you can read credicard number through your pants fabric these days.). :/

The Tale of the Night Shift, that episode scared the hell out of me when I was a kid. 😱
the one with Zeebo the clown will always be the best episode cause it is the most memorable episode and let's just say that Pennywise the clown from the movie IT is nothing compared to Zeebo the clown from the show are you afraid of the dark.

Loved Are You Afraid of the Dark? when I was a kid! I'd watch it every chance I got! I think I loved Gary's episodes the best and somehow I always loved Tale of the Pinball Wizard the most! Oooh Midnight Madness was really great too!
