I'll pin this comment - lmk in a comment on this comment if you're interested in a class with this scene. If there's enough I'll do that for ya. Edited: class is now available! bit.ly/3PhiJGM
2 minutes in and I’m a subscriber also! I’d love to learn to use a pencil this way, so yes, if you decide to offer a class, I’d love to take it! Thank you and be well.
yep tip #5 is very important advice, not just with grasses, any kind of plant doesnt always grow the same direction and will look very odd and fake if drawn with everything going in the same direction🙃🙂
Just an amazing drawing with so much good info (as always!). I do have a question, as graphite is not my medium. Once you use blending solution, can you still erase over it? I'm guessing not, but inquiring minds want to know! TFS
Stunning drawing Sandy. How I miss Kitsap county in WA. your drawing just brings it back to me. I just love all your artwork. You are amazing when it comes to teaching. I would be interested in a drawing class. Thank you for your time especially when you are not feeling very well. VIRTUAL HUG 🤗❤️🩹❤️🩹☕️

Blending solution makes it harder to erase for sure, once it’s dry you can erase a small amount. Same for colored pencil.

Can you use any odor free solvent, or is there something special about the one you used?
I hope you get to feeling better soon.
There’s a bunch of different ones, I just grabbed this one this time❤️
