I just had a morning by myself doing more emotional purges and releases today and have been dizzy. I had a shift yesterday and I've been working on purging trapped emotions of unworthiness and not being enough this morning and when I was done, I got out of bed to get a shower and looked at the time on my phone and it was 11:11 am! Then I saw this video after my shower and meditation in the shower with singing bowls to recalibrate my energy body so a sign of confirmation for me. ❤
I love that! I had a rough crying all day yesterday. No specific issue..I’m still watching 18:54 she mentions the heat I felt last night 😮and two months ago i decided to leave the US and go home❤
10:28 yes! i’ve had some very strange experiences with dizziness and fainting throughout my life that have intensified over the past couple of years. i haven’t fainted in long time but i’ve been asking doctors about it since i was a teenager. i was told and thought i was anemic until my last dr told me my iron really wasn’t that low. i realized there had to be some sort of spiritual explanation but i recently asked my new dr to be sure. she took it much more seriously and ran more tests to discover there really isn’t any logical/medical explanation for it. i’ve been focusing on being more grounded. i pulled the mer ka ba card from one of my decks a couple days ago too. 😅😂 you’re helping so many things make sense for me now! thank you! 💗

I am sure you hear this constantly, but these messages are like jusssst for me. I can't stress enough how insanely deep this resonates with my soul. Everything about this. The wording you use, the the details about the dimensional travel(I've been aware for years but control hasn't always been easy), the chakras opening and the surge of intense power and knowledge striking me intensely at this time.. I can go on and on.
My guides tell me that my chakras should always be open. That's how energy flows. I'm a light worker and light can't get it through a closed chakra. We should be permanently linked in to source and earth so we will never run out. I have 2 reiki degrees and practise tai chi, qigong and tai chi so I'm used to working with energy. I'm protected with a bubble of love which transmitted all foreign energy and sends it back to where it came from, all healed. It's love that does the transmuting, not me

I woke up dizzy today which is a sign of an energetic shift and I've been tired and laying around resting and doing emotional purges today but definitely felt a shift yesterday.
@@giamariamckee2936 Well, I was woken up at 4 am like I am most nights now between 2-4 am and was up most of the morning then purged and rested a while. I also had sinus issues too, which cleared up after I got a hot shower.
