Actually, Novel Elizabeth has blonde hair, not brown (black) hair. The brown-haired girl is actually a combination of Charlie and Elizabeth ( Charlie’s hair color, eyes and outfit. Elizabeth’s hairstyle and hair bow. There is a difference “combined” is because after possessed Fake Charlie ( Circus Baby )the soul of Elizabeth and Fake Charlie’s Al became one. That cause the memories of both of them to mix together. The brown-haired girl had appeared before ( The Twisted Ones ) in a photo at Henry’s house. In The Fourth Closet that photo also appears. She was also featured in Henry’s Charliebot drawing. And when Fake Charlie talks about Charliebot, the brown-haired “Elizabeth” is called “the second Charlotte” ( Bad english )

It’s not uncommon for graphic novels to design characters incorrectly. For example, Charlie’s mother and Jessica had brown hair in the novel but somehow turned it blonde. Cassidy and aunt Jen has black hair, the the graphic novel gives them brown hair. ( bad english)
