Sir, my daughter studied up to SSCL in Oman, CBSE English medium. Now, she had completed 11th and studying in class 12 in Mangalore. As a parents, we both have studied up to class 1 to 10 in Karnataka. Since, 2008 I'm in Oman. Will my daughter be eligible for 2B quota?
