Raider's Wing is always a Raidraptor card so it should work I think

It doesn't work because Raider's Wing's attack is 0. If you can't damage yourself off of Pain Lanius, you can't summon it. Pain Lanius has to use the lower stat value on the Raid Raptor card it targets, so targeting Raider's Wing is an illegal activation, I believe.

It's true if you try this in ygopro or dueling nexus it will not allow you to target raider's wing
