Question: when you make your Alfredo sauce, does the the cream separate from the butter after sitting? Because every time I make fettuccine the cream always separates from the butter and idk how to prevent that.
Hi, there's a few trick but here some I usually do when it happens. Put a big piece of COLD butter cut in little cubes in the sauce and stir while cooking it till the sauce come back. Or put a little cornstarch in a little cold cream or if you don't have moore cream you can put milk, dissolved completely in cream/milk and poor into your sauce while cooking and stir till the sauce come back ok .
Lol you remember when we used to have to convert decimals into fractions in school and you’d forget it every time 😂 those were the days. Glad you still got your handy dandy scale girl! Pasta looks delicious asf! Never thought about making it with wine but I loved this!!❤️

This looks sooooo good. I tried that one handed egg thing and listen! All the shells was in the mixer lol. I said a little crunch wouldn’t hurt but then I thought no...you trying to cut someone throat with all those. So I did them the regular way minus the shells. Great job lady🥰🥰

If you want to boost the "lemony" flavor, Microplane some of the zest into the sauce. I started doing that for my dishes and it makes a difference.

Use half and half instead of heavy whipping cream add like a half stick of butter to the sauce. No oil and will be extremely creamy the next day.
