    I noticed you did not remove the blue film from your lamp. The base coat and top coat will not cure properly until that film is removed.

    I applied top coat first as suggested by Shivon, but when I apply the nail power to my nail after curing it first under the lamp, it didn't stay it was coming off. 😭

      The metallic colours will stay on when you rub onto the top coat. But the original powders need to be tapped onto to the base coat to stick

      Classic tapped or brushed. Metallic and holographic buffed onto nail with sponge. 3 different types. Read instructions.

      Exactly! It’s not exactly a classic dip powder either because it is made from minerals and not toxic materials. You apply the powder and then seal with a top coat under UV lamp
