Very interesting. What I generally do is try to understand the content and practice active recall which generally was quite successful but i wold get a migraine after a while and would have to take a break. Im hoping that this blind association method will solve my issue!

Have you ever come across - Yiyevi Ponevi Approach - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate got cool results with it.
