Mcm2 story lah dgr pasal benda mistik2 ni kat hotel.. Aku pun pernah experience. Kena kacau kat ofis 2 kali. Staycay kat hotel KL, tiba aircon tutup sendiri, bgn tetiba panas.

Call centre tak rabak sgt kot. Yg rabak reservation and front desk. I work in hotel line since 2001 till now. For me, reservation and front desk lagi rabak.
