Chess is going to be easier or harder depending on who you play . You can get better and be able to beat more people but chess will always be hard if you play strong players . If you play vs stockfish then your always going to struggle

I am a piano instructor. I say practice doesn’t necessarily make perfect. If you are practicing poorly, it won’t help you. An analogy is if you are practicing hitting a baseball and holding the wrong end of the bat, you’ll never get better. Only perfect practice makes perfect.
