ML guide, if u can't land your first skill properly, u can use ULT first then 1st then 2nd basically 3-1-2, that way u can easily land your first and can burst your enemy easily.
MLGuide I have important tactical info regarding the minimap. I don't know if you know this, but, when you enlarge the minimap (by pressing the magnifying glass button on its bottom right corner) then, when you tap and swipe the icons of the enemy or ally heroes to various areas of the map you can communicate more effectively! For example you can say: : "Hero X is missing" or "Hero X is coming where you are!" or "You should go there" or "You should take buff/lord/turtle" etc. It's indeed extremely helpful. You should try it.😅
One of the tips I got from this channel was that one, to make the minimap as big as possible, and god, it made wonders to me! It is easier to communicate on specific areas while playing solo Q, way more precise on long shots like moskovs ult, xaviers ult or selenas stun. I got to around 750-900 mythic points after that every season!
It pains me seeing vexana players that use s1-s2-ult combo intead of ult-s2-s1 (sometimes delaying s1 so ult can do 1 or 2 basic attacks) and say she doesn't have damage in early game...
When I play with her I usually do 3-1-2. The cc when the knight arrive makes it hard to escape her first skill, then the 1st skill makes it hard to escape the 2nd. At the same time they're all around the knight, so they're still taking damage. =D
imo Vexana is a great mage and she is also quite versetile in her role she can be burst,has strong cc,can make a setup for the team with her ult ,can act as a support/mage by giving vision with her second and first skill and she is great at taking down objective because of her ult's zoning ability and the hp percentage damage from her ult Her damage shines if there's a minion wave because after casting her combo it gives additional aoe damage from her passive She also has has multiple combos for example 123,321and213 but in my opinion her 321 combo her best combo because casting her ult first means a stronger cc and larger aoe and casting first skill last gives an additional cc to guarantee atleast one strike from her undead knight so 321 combo has a little bit more damage and has more setup potential than the other combos that's why i think its her best combo

I have 70 winrate with vexana on mythic. She's so flexible i even play her as a tank and i win more as a tank because she has two great cc skills which are long range, plus her second skill is great to clear minions. Also with her you get a built-in lord which can be used while pushing or defending. So much utility from a single hero. One thing is that flicker or sprint spell is absolutely needed , not flameshot. Flameshot might work in lower rank but you'll get cooked in mythic
I wouldn't say vexana useless. She's a good draft pick when your roam is a support, she can be a good initiator with her ult. Also her passive is *highly* underestimated, surprised kills can happen during team fight. Ofc, she can be rather lackluster when faced against assassin with high mobility.
The reason why mommy Vexxie (yea I call it that), is because some idiot players use her in the wrong ways. Asides from that, usually epical glory players use her and some have pick Vexana in rank games but no experience.
If ppl really think that Vexana is "useless", then they're dead wrong. When her revamp came out, the only reason why she was useless was because her dmg was weak as hell. While she was useful in teamfights, she was weak independently despite being just a mage. Now, a 1 2 combo plus her ult dropping on you just erases you from existence, and for some reason she can even smack the shit out of certain tanks.

I love Vexana, she's my favorite mage to play as mid or roam. She can be useful against most heroes. However heroes with insane mobility or cc immunity destroy her most of the time.
I don't know why and how people loose and hate her, She has lot of potential like 1- huge burst and poke potential. 2- every skill has hard cc effects. 3- can summon her Guard acting as secondary frontliner(even first sometimes) Only lacks an escape skill but she's s mage for a reason🙄

Most people don't know is that vexana's knight can trigger item passive effects as well. If you build glowing wand, dominance ice, and blade armor (or cursed helmet) vexana's knight will be unstoppable in teamfights.

I personally play vexanna as hybrid build and almost always get mvp. Not always a win bc most if the time my team sucks. But anywho I think a lot of people misjudge how her build and her knights stats are almost one in the same. So giving her a tankier / dmg build can guarantee her survival to your enemies suprise and her knight lasts a lot longer and is harder to kill. Full mage build I rarely use unless surrounded by tanks or at end game. Its risky yes but it makes vexanna a more viable regular pick in my opinion . She’s the only mage I think can play like this due to her knight having tied stats.
Personally i prefer skill 2-1-3. The confusion followed by ulti cc is the killer. And if the enemy is not down by then, this is the time to escape while the ulti tank is handling your enemies, especially assassins.
I think it's because she's kind of a jack of all trades in the mage role. She has a good burst, but if you compare it to someone like Eudora, Kadita, Kagura or Aurora, it's only second to none. She has good utility with fear and airborne but if you compare it to what Yve or Valir with their slow and poke can do, it's again only a second option. She shines most if there are minions to take full advantage of her passive.
Sorry to say but I play gloo a lot in rank and I always kill her...I will say tho that the first time I played gloo against her her passive decimated my team ..but after a few times it became too easy to outplay her... just don't ult before her combo and she's dead simple...but she's still lots of fun to play being the hero with the most fun summon in the game😂

She needs some adjustment on her knight or just increase her 1 2 skill dmg more. Her ult is a giant aoe knock up skill, that knight is virtually useless.
Vexana's early game damage is pretty high, and is really easy to use. (unless you have no braincells) but i don't recommend using the 3rd skill randomly. the combo i use always is 1 - 2 - 3 :)
Most likely sense she’s a sitting duck sense you usually use your full combo on someone not having anything else to protect your self except battle spells that’s only reason I can think of

Pharsa was bad in this match if I was in her place it would have taken me sec to burst vex, selna and Layla + flameshot Nana when she run with her passive
Umm there is nothing wrong with her dude, she is my main and works perfectly fine 😭, just try not to do full combo in early game, she is more of a late game hero you really need her items
