Ditch Witch Sk800 Hydraulic Breaker

Started on a new landscape job this week. Removing a few yards of concrete as well as starting to grade out this yard. Watch me destroy this concrete with the hydraulic hammer on the sk800.

It only took about an hour or so to break it but a few hours to haul it all out of the backyard. There was only about a 3 foot access point so I didn't want to risk hitting the house with the machine by going back and forth, hence the wheel barrow...

good job man. I need one of those to break concrete. I still hand load the dump trailer. good exercise, you save some money from the gym.

Haha that's one way to look at it. I just rented the breaker mostly because I wanted to see how it would work and let me tell you, that thing is a beast. I probably could have easily have broken it up with a smaller jack hammer.

Dude, how do you make any money. Your means & methods need some serious review. You turned a one man job into a 2 man job. You need to get the right tools to do demo otherwise you lose your shirt. I would have removed those slabs in a few hours by myself with the right attachments and tools. You are loosing money big time bud. A wheelbarrow, really!!!

zj kovacs Only a three foot access point. Believe me, If I could fit a skid steer into most of my job sites they would be a lot easier. Wheel barrows are usually the best way to move material around houses. All it takes is hitting the house once with the machine and there goes all profit.

@@BAKERHUSKIE Your brain tags the pain as a solid memory, never to be forgotten. Do yourself a favor and sell that breaker, its costing you money. I demo every week and never use a breaker
