    • @Godaboveal
      @Godaboveal 9 років тому +4

      GamingCentralTV1 It's not a carry. I did that hesitation a lot but it's not a carry because his hand isn't under the ball. He's able to hesitate with it because he has big hands so he actually palms it for a second which is what I used to do as well. Besides the ref would call carry if it was.

    • @GamingCentralTV1
      @GamingCentralTV1 9 років тому

      Tlev1984 There's alot of travels in the NBA that they don't call lol i wouldnt count on the ref but your right i probably didnt realize cause I cant easily palm the ball unless i pick it up with two hands first.

    I'm the same height as Dennis.. And I must say, he can ball! I like how his handles are spicy, yet he likes to keep it simple at times. I think he has the ability to dribble as well as Marcus Lovett and others. But he doesn't wanna risk getting stole from sometimes.. Me, on the other hand, I have handle life.. I've been training since I was 4 years old.. And I should have a HoopMixtape come out soon. And I think Dennis could get a lil more spicy, because he definitely has the ability. But, regardless he can ball, and he's practically unstoppable. Can't wait to ball against em. Y'all gonna see me very soon! Believe datt.

    Hey mans, can someone help me?
    I started my program of Air Alert 3 to 6 weeks ago, when I arrived in the sixth week I barely complete 2 sets of 50 repetitions of leap ups, I'm 14 years old, I live in Brazil I'm 6 ' 2 point guard, and all of practice charge a dunk from my.
    You think I'd better go back and finish my program from the sixth week or not practice more air alert?(And you still have a boy on my team, a bit smaller than I and can dunk with 2 hands, we're the same age
    Someone help me please

    • @stormspinner9000
      @stormspinner9000 9 років тому +1

      Dude listen to me and STOP DOING AIR ALERT IF you are serious about increasing your vertical jump. This will really help you if you are willing to listen. That is the worst program you could've possibly gotten. Type in vertical jump Bible on google and click on the first link. It's a free pdf that you NEED to read. That's all you'll need if you understand English well enough and want to improve. I promise you that your vertical jump will increase without doing those stupid exercises on air alert. I'm in the same situation and I'm your height but 16 years old. You will need a weight room with a squat rack. Just stop doing air alert, it can injure you and it's training principles are SO WRONG.
