It's so strange that we have to explain ourselves to others about certain choices we make. Whether it's food, alcohol or anything else. I used to struggle with that and it led to me putting on weight. I love jerky too, but I've never made it. It doesn't seem difficult, but it is time consuming. I still eat only blackberries in my sugar-free strawberry yogurt no other vegetables or fruits . I do miss cucumbers but oh well . I miss chocolate cake too 😂 Tomorrow I am making gigantic meatballs with 80/20 ground beef, 1 egg, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits and encrusted in crushed pork rinds in the air fryer .
