You need 50000 brecilien reputation. You have to enter mists, rescue wisps and do other activities until you reach that. You can check reputation in your stats window, once you reach 50k, go to yellow zone mist and enter portal, you will see that on minimap
dammmmm here is a tip since u can only sell directly if something is selling for cheap u could go to another city where it might be directly selling for more silver
