I haven't been asked that question in forever and now since you've asked it....I don't know what to say. I've always constantly said that I've been and I am fine but clearly that's not true. I'm stuck in a cycle of my family constantly pushing me away and showing my brother more love and affection than I've ever had in my whole 14 years of life. My 6-year-old brother has so many toys and electronics and all I really have is my school computer, my Xbox which he won't stop playing on, and my phone which was taken away cause I was disrespectful towards my dad. I haven't had it in over a month. I know I should be thankful for what I have, and I am but at the same time how could I be thankful for something that feels like a sin to have when I'm constantly being told I don't deserve it. I try to find escapes like writing and reading but everybody I know shames me for it so I revert back to self-harm. I'm sorry for ranting but it's hard not to when I'm constantly being told I don't know anything because of my age.
I know it's not my place to barge into, but even though you're having a hard time you can pull through. I understand the feeling. But know that even though I don't know you personally, I'm thinking of you.
@@Elodies.melody omg dont harm yourself, thats extremely bad for you. perhaps you have a friend or a family member you trust that you could talk to? i understand your reasons but theres so much more in life that you have yet to see. if im correct, you’re 14, right? you’re still young and you’ll eventually grow up, find love and have a family (if you want ofc). you could go for a job you really want, for instance ive been going towards a singing career my whole life. everyone has a purpose and i hope/i know that you’ll find that in yourself! and as for your parents, i understand completely. ive dealt with favoritism before and it sucks ngl, just push through :) if stuff gets really out of hand pls pls pls dont hesitate to talk to someone. there r ppl that do love u. take care, okay?
