I’ve been loving the Liz Moody Podcast. She interviews professionals and asks them questions about everything and anything that we all wonder about and they’re all science based. Your remodeling videos are getting me excited to remodel my house!
I love the office! It looks so good! Bryson going to daycare will also be a good experience and if both you and Zander think that is what best for him right now then that is a good thing! I had daycare growing up and had babysitters cause my parents worked a lot but we are pretty close now and I’m 22! So it worked out well. It didn’t change how I thought of them as parents or how much I loved them, I understood that they had jobs to go to so I could have the best life possible and it helped me become a social person too!
Loving the office space 😍 highly recommend Audio Books, I personally like listening to self help books since I don’t like to physically read those!! 😅❤
The office looks so soothing and chic! I predict a lot of awesome content will be edited there. I hope the daycare is a good fit for Bryson. You'll still have lots of time with him. Many moms (and dads) need to work and rely on help to do so. It's okay. He'll have new experiences and learn so much. You're doing what's best for your family, and that's all that matters. ❤
Wow!! It’s amazing how that one shade made such a difference!! It really does make it look so sleek!!! I’m learning so much about home design with your videos! You are incredibly talented at home decor!!!
Time flies so much as a parent. I look back at pictures last year of my daughter, being 10 months old at this time, and now she’s almost 2. It does make me emotional, but it’s so exciting to see her grow. And you getting emotional shows how much you care and love him. sidenote, I love the office! It’s such a serene space. Question, are you going to put anything on the wall to the left of the computer where there is the open walking space?
My goodness, I remember when i would break down at work after I put my son in daycare. It was my companies daycare so he was literally a walk away and I would check on him and cry every time I walked away. I’m about to cry right now thinking about it and he’s eleven. We love our babies so much and they are such a blessing. You are so right to pray because prayer helped me through that process. I was an at home mom for a year and a half and we were both so attached to each other it was so hard. But everything got better and better and he is going to be a wonderful human being. You will get through it mama and he’s going to have friends and develop in all areas quickly because of the social interaction with other children. God will be your best friend through this transition with your beautiful little boy❤❤❤
Honestly Renee! I have seen you do so many revamp videos from New York to Florida to here. I must say your vision is so immaculate and classy. So excited to see how you revamp your home. 💌
ooooh the office is SO cozy looking, it turned out great renee! Im a day care teacher and I understand how difficult it can be to bring your child to day care but im proud of you for enrolling him, he's going to learn and grow SO much!
Try listening to books on Audible while you paint! I just painted our living room and it took me forever and if it weren’t for my book I would’ve gone insane honestly. I was listening to Harry Potter at first, but why not listen to the second book of Fourth Wing? 😍 you got my hooked on that book btw
I love themes! I remember commenting on a video of yours years ago, when you were in the Florida apt with the view, that you should look into becoming an interior designer. You definitely have the skill, love what you’ve done so far in your home
Podcast recommendation is Two Hot Takes!! I clean houses and listen to it every day at work. They read am I the asshole stories and it’s so good. Also, Father knows something is a great one. I know your dad passed, and I have a strained relationship with mine, and he is a wonderful father figure to listen to on the weekly.
aww does the pupper have a mass? He is such a cute little old man 🥺♥️ Ps. You are such a pro at renovating! Your dad must be so proud watching his little girl from heaven changing switches, and learning about voltages.
What is youtube for if not to inspire eachother? And if tara is who she seems to be, I'm sure she would just love the office renee did too. Obviously they both got great taste!
Yeah, i guess this influencer is under a lot of influence from others. That is very strange because its obvious where she gets her ideas. As an influencer she should be aware of this things and offer something creative on her channel 🤷♀️
Looks great, LOVE the shelves. Question: why do you want 2x chairs on the opposite side of the desk… will they be utilised? I feel like it could crowd it or be unnecessary…? Just thinking out loud obviously it’s your space 🫶🏼 12:58
And the house breaker? When my husband work in the electric installation of our house, he switch off that one so there is no electricity at the house and he can work safe. "Be very careful with electricity" that's what my father always told me.
Try Podcrushed for the podcast. The only one I listen to. The hosts are the actor from You/Gossip Girl and 2 of his female friends who are so great. They interview celebrities about their teenage years. Try out the Seth Meyers interview- so wholesome. I’m a momma too. Kids all went to daycare and it really helped them from a socialization and development standpoint. What an exciting milestone for him!
Your office is gorgeous. such a dream room. Does the desk have a drawer? Also, daycare is soo tough on our mom hearts but it's so great for them. My son was a very big mamma boy and very shy. It helped him come out of his shell. He didn't grow out of being mammas boy :)
Just want to say you don’t have a weird attachment to Bryson! You’re a totally normal mum. Biologically speaking, we are a carry species and if it wasn’t for modern day society we would have our children by our sides for years! Research shows that socialising with main caregivers and learning through free play is more than enough at his age. I’m sure he’ll do great in daycare but please don’t feel pressured if you are feeling uneasy and want to wait a bit longer ❤
Hey Renee, I love the evolution of you content over the years. I've been watching since the pandemic and love it. I'm looking forward to seeing how the reno. work goes throughout the whole house. Hi from a Brit living in New Zealand 👋
My boyfriend & I are painting our house right now, & your videos are keeping me motivated. Love seeing your reno projects & how you decorate! You’re doing a great job 😌
Let me say this.. I took my kids to day care at the age of 9 months until 3, and 4. BEST decision!! They loved it and played with other kids plus learned so much, that by the time they started school< it was such a smooth transition bc they were so used to being around children! Of course it's pricey! but soooo worth it imo!! Also, your home is looking so beautiful! good job!!
I will say I was a nanny and a lead teacher at a daycare and there is a benefit to both. However at the end of the day, daycares are glorified babysitters, yet a lot of kids benefit from that social interaction. But obviously he’s your baby and you have to do what’s best for you and your family! 🤍
Prepare for crying you and him. My first baby went to pre-school at 2 years and a half and there was crying on my end all the first week. She only cried on the 4th day and on Monday of the next week then never again. I cried on Christmas plays and when I saw her growing... so all the time :D You do the best for you and all the family. Here some kids go as soon as 3 months because parents need to work and they grow up perfect. I was one of those kids, I went at one-month-old because I didn't want to breastfeed and my mom went to work.
I think you are making a good decision on sending him to daycare, socialization at his age is very crucial for their development. Your home is coming along so nicely!
Congrats on making the decision to enroll him in daycare. Socialization is important, he will learn SO much interacting with other kids etc.. If you've found a place you are 100% comfortable with, it's meant to be. House is coming along- love the renovations-
I’m sure there will be lots of haters, but so glad to see you making decisions that allow you to continue to do what you love and giving yourself the time to do it! ❤

It's not weird attachement, it's normal mom
Love the office! The house is really coming together and the soothing nature vibes are perfection. My favorite podcast is something was wrong.

So cute!! Do you watch Tara Michelle here on youtube? Your office looks exactly like hers! (I want both of ya'll's!)
Like the exact same! Lol! And I agree I want both of them!
But this is weird, it is copy-paste to the finest detail from Tara Michelle 😮
She's been influence by an influencer, its happened to all of us lol!! @@yanamaan1

I love the color of the walls, and the new office but I want to ask what’s wrong with Teboo
A good Christian based podcast I’d recommend is “whoa, that’s good” by Sadie Robertson Huff, it’s really good!

So your hallway is a “room”? That’s different.
I would assume a Nanny is much more expensive?
you are correct.

Hi Renee!!!!
hey hey
Your job as a parent is to prepare him not to need you and to be an independent person. It’s hard but you’re doing the right things!
