Having trouble with pick a work plane after second extrusion (For second 40m extrusion). Unable to pick anything. The outline of the base plane on ground level (CAD) was shown as highlighted when mouse over it. I was able to extrude 20m, then pick work plane, then extrude 40m, then unable to pick any work plane for 3rd extrusion. Please advise. Thanks.

It's just important to set the work plane after every extrusion, just go set work plane / pick plane, and select the top of the last extrusion. Good luck! :)

I believe that the idea it's cool, but when I first tap on the video I honesty thought you were going to actually do a model of the building not just a mass... I mean, you could have used Autocad 3D to the same thing. Revit is So much more powerful than it looks in this video.
If this is a Revit video why spend 1/2 the video using AutoCAD? You don’t need AutoCAD. Revit can easily do all that 2D drafting. You can easily make a 100% Revit project and throw AutoCAD in the trash.
Hariz Samsu had a design business in NZ but have moved to Australia last 2 months. If your under 35 should be no problem finding work as really good construction economy. You need reasonable English for residency visa though.

check your view range maybe if you are working in site plan it might need to be set higher

good tutorial, but i would use illustrator to convert jpeg using live trace to get vector / dwg to save time drawing over it in autocad
