Looks Great! A couple questions come to mind: 1) You never marinate the fish? 2) Are those little water melons you cut up and added to the pot? Are they not bitter? 3) What are all those sauces you ad to the dish?
Back in the days when my mom used to send me to my grandmas house every summer vacation for couple of months. I loved living there, everything you eat is fresh and organic. Preparing food like this taking a long time but worth it. Leafy vegetables that i dont think eatable can be eaten. And I never thought in my whole life that I experienced to eat those food that are exotic that you cant be seen anywhere else. Its all natural. Loved it. Missed it.
