I traded my 2021 Kia Sorento EX for this 2025 Sorento EX Hybrid on Thursday, and I love it even more! I got it in the "Volcanic Sand" color. Looks and drives great!!

great video, good info BUT the emphasis on "saving the brake pads" is not good. Brake pads are one of the cheapest things to replace on a car, just sayin
Hello, I drive in "Sports" to get the proper acceleration without delay. Also I have the same Kia but a 2022 Sorento Hybrid and it average 37.3 in the city and 38 on the highway. But the 2025 has so many more features.❤ Love my Kia, great review, thanks! 😊
We have the sx prestige trim in are driveway and I can say it’s great it has everything you need in a suv the only issue is the luggage space but besides that is great
I test drove on a couple of weeks ago. I tested it against the Non Hybrid SX- Prestige with a 2.5L Turbo engine. I preferred the latter - I did NOT feel any turbo lag - plenty of Giddy Up to get on the highway. The Hybrid model seemed much more laggy (the salesman said because it was sitting on thier lot, tthe hybrid battery was not in full charge level which affects the response ??? Not sure if that was BS). With both models - I was disappointed in the lack of a longer telescoping position for the Steering wheel - I felt that I had to "reach" to keep my hands on the wheel. A full electric Telescoping and Tilt Steering wheel which could work inconjunction with the memory seats and mirrors would be very welcome. Otherwise, I was pretty impressed to keep this Vehicle on my Short List to possibly replace my 22 MDX Advance with an expiring lease. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Hybrid comes with a 6 Speed Standard AT, the Non Hybrid comes with a 8 speed Dual Clutch Tranny - I need to know more about the Dual Clutch Trannies.
I'm looking for a 6+ passenger hybrid AWD vehicle for adult passengers. I was considering this until I saw you in that 3rd row seat. It looked incredibly uncomfortable and I couldn't imagine a full grown 60 year old climbing back there.
Appreciate the review. We have a 2024 Teluride SX Prestige in Florida and really like it a lot . Considering the Sorento HEV for Canada. Any thoughts on ride,performance ,noise etc as compared to the Teluride ?

How do you do this? And does it work for both EX & SX prestige hybrids? I could only get it to switch gears when I held down the paddles.
