I’m binge watching the og roseanne ever since I saw that it was on peacock. The layout of the house BUGS ME SO MUCH!!! I have looked all over the internet trying to find a house layout and yours is BY FAR the best one I have seen!! I have watched the show since it’s first airing and I have stuck with it all the way to the latest episode of The Conners. How they got to the basement has always bugged me because it seems like the door use to be off the kitchen and then all the sudden there was an episode where they started going through the utility room. I saw that there was a door there in your video and now I can’t figure out what that door goes to!! But, 10/10 for all the hard work you put in and all the details!!! (THE chicken shirt in the utility room👌🏻)
Thank you so much! And as for the door in the utility room, I always just assumed it was a closet/storage... any who, ever since I started watching this show way back when, I've felt like this house has been a second home. P.s. - I'm glad you noticed the chicken shirt. 😉
The kitschy art in house is an absolute classic reflection of 70’s-90’s generation. The set designers for ‘Roseanne’ were the best back then as they captured buying on a budget. To buy brand new used garage sale decor was being prudent, to see it on her set just cemented my middle- low class status. Thank you for recreating it & posting it online. So brilliant as it caught every bit of detail, including ‘dog’s playing poker’ & set perfect to the sound track. It’s truly awesome!!!
The attention to detail in this is exquisite. I never thought about that fourth wall of the living room. It's remarkable that you put the "Rodbell's" advertisement with Darlene in pigtails on the screen. I've thought about this layout a lot, because it mirrors my own in the suburbs of Chicago. The music is perfect. Thank you!
This is so amazing! I always wanted to go inside the Conner house and walk around. It was wonderful to finally go up those stairs and see the layout! ❤
Great job! This layout mostly makes sense. Though the first floor doesn't seem right. You've put both bedrooms on the rear of the property, while on the show we can see the bedroom windows are at the front of the property (all lit up at night). Also, your stairs and corridor don't match my memory of how they were in the show (I remember seeing them on the show quite prominently around season 3). Another small detail is that everything is quite bright here. On the show, the house was darker, lit by the small lamps.
Man, they always complained about their house but this makes it look huge! No way a lower middle class family of 5 who was always struggling could afford this. lol.
The magic of television. No show could fit in a real house unless it is reality tv or a mansion. It's to fit the cast, crew, appliances and furniture in the same place.
I didn’t know the kids shared a bathroom. Did they ever show anyone opening the kitchen door to the basement? I always wondered about Roseanne’s hallway. So it was a double hallway
Omg!! I agree, a VR real time walkthrough would be amazing and who knows, maybe one day I'll actually learn to use blender and I can make that happen as well.
I never understood how the window at 2:12 in Dan and Roseannes room would be possible when clearly at 0:07 it's just the living room window... unless that far left section IS that window, with the middle and right sections being on the living room. Also, I like the idea of the basement making more sense from the kitchen than from the laundry room since Dan mentioned that part of the house was BUILT ON by him. Regardless, the accuracy on this is amazing though! Def liked seeing how the windows for the kids' rooms made sense and had how they share a bathroom.
While not poor they were certainly lower middle class for their time. The fact this seems "upscale" to us now just shows how far our nation has devolved.
@@jessemckinney340 No DJ shared a bathroom with the girls. His room had a door to the same bathroom as the girls. The bathroom had 2 doors on each side in between both rooms.
@@jessemckinney340 DJ and girls shared a bathroom. There's the episode where Darlene says DJ has been locking himself in the bathroom for long periods of time cuz he was looking at Roseanne's Cosmo magazine and doing that thing lol.
@@ItsToXxy there’s an episode where they mention DJ stopped using the “hall bathroom” and started using the girls when Roseanne told him he’d have to clean it and the girls complained about him washing his hair in the sink and he insinuates that he was washing some animal in there.

This isn’t a bad layout at all honestly. I wouldn’t mind living there
I would LOVE to live in this house!!!
5:40 I see the dog umbrella stand that Roseanne “bought” from the robbers at the Bowman’s house when they didn’t know they were getting robbed 😂😂

Thank you so much for that wonderful comment. That truly means a lot to me!🥰
They were more poor than middle class.
Looks so cozy, I love the window behind the tv it just adds more too it
Thank you!🙂
Nice touch to have Darlene’s Rodbell’s commercial on the TV 😂
Thank you, friend!

Same here, I didn't know there so many stairs. I always thought it was just 1 flight of stairs.

And Roseanne wanted a better house lol
I always wondered if their guests had to walk through Dan and Roseanne's bedroom to use the bathroom but I see here that it had 2 doors.
I love your work and especially how you have Darlene from the rodvells commercial on the tv
Thank you, my friend!
I saw that the TV had Darlene in the Rodbell's commercial! LOL!
lol.... remember when they're shooting the commercial and Darlene says, " take a hike Aunt Roseanne." Hahaha
@@HappyWednesday13 Lol, I never noticed that! Darlene is my favorite character from Roseanne, by the way!
They're missing the dogs playing poker picture on the wall by the stairs.
Awesome! I never knew the girls shared a bathroom with DJ. Rarely saw DJ’s room in the series.
Thank you for watching! That particular kind of bathroom is referred to as a "Jack and Jill" bathroom, from what I hear. 🙂
So what your saying is they had money after all 😅
I didn’t know the kids shared a bathroom.

I LOVE Roseanne!! The design of this house is BRILLIANT!!! 💯
Thanks for this!
Is that a closet that's next to the stairs? They haven't shown what's behind that door.
Yup, it's a closet. I've seen them open it before in some episode I'm pretty sure..
There is definitely a closet there always has been
@@HappyWednesday13 DJ was playing hide and seek in there once and Roseanne once opened it and found her Mother’s Day present from the kids.
@@sexyjellyfish82 oh yeah..... thanks! I forgot about that happening, you've got a great memory. 🙂
@@HappyWednesday13 Actually I have a horrible memory. I just binge watch the show constantly. 😅
this is amaazzzingggg
Thank you!
Love this!! ❤ I don't think they ever had name brand chips or detergent though lol
Lol, knowing the Conners, they probably just refill that bag with store brand chips every week 😉
P.s. I bet they also add water to the detergent to make it stretch longer😄
Nice video
OMG OMG!!! This is so awesome!!!!! Do you have a template of THIS one????
I DO have a template. It's saved as a live home 3D file(.lhzd). If you know anyone who could turn it into a real-time 3d walkthrough let me know!!
This is so great!
Thank You!
What an odd layout, especially the 2nd floor. Also, who would seriously use that basement shower?
I Lov3 it
