Fly Wheel in the crank is the first impress and I like his tutorial, BUT at the end of video is UNFORTUNATELY DISSAPOINTED with NO PEDALING.

Great work man, but why not connect the motor chain with front wheel and leave the rear for pedalling, or better yet run a parallel chain to the rear motor/pedalling

For all people saying its too slow. Meterails used in this project are from scrap. If he was to buy a specific motor used for such purposes it would cost 100 times more. Good idea to use that motor. Use thicker wire than what you used, hope it will draw more amps from battery then

The motor use 24Volt and 0,33 Amps = 8 Watt Power. So its possible to use a solar panel instead a battery. A good E-bike should have a 250 Watt motor.

I've Used Various Automobile 12V Motors.. The Wiper Motor and The Air Blower.Heater Are Good.. But, Using A Starter Motor Along With A Mounted Flywheel to The Bike Rim Gave The Best Power For Off Road and Hills... As Well, You Can route The Wiring Through An Inverter And Charge The Battery to Extend Ride Time.. From The roughly 15 Volts Produced By The DC Motor.. But, Cool Job !!!

This conversion will never serve as a viable daily commuter ride..the motor is under powered the sprocket aren't turning true..heavy ass battery with no charge protection circuit...don't know how he is gonna recharge unless he has an inverter at home..

nice idea but one big mistake. You could have used the paddle too. no need to remove that. jus to change the place of the motor near to rear wheels.

Блин ну идея хороша.Сам вчера до неё дошёл .почти такое собрал. Но на клинах и без ключей плоскогубцами только бедный индус может такое. Где он сварку то взял. Жаль вчера видос не попался быстрее бы на пол дня сделал бы такое. Тоже с каретки резьбу на трещётку приварил. Но звёзды я поменьше поставил.моторчик подобный с компрессора с болгаркой соеденил. Редуктор 3.5.
But the motor of the purifier won't be giving you more torque and speed. You can try some other motors.

the ball bearings because of heat from welding is busted. The speed connector for such a powerful amp would bust too. But effort is good
